On a serious note, we would like to thank the 12 agents or so that wrote offers on behalf of their buyers a few weeks ago.  The seller was in a really tough position and under the gun with Bank of America.  We were left with little choice under the circumstances.  It's still not over yet either.  I still have some obstacles to overcome.  However, we met the biggest one head on and whupped 'em.  So far, we're looking good on moving forward with our accepted offer.
